Jock itch, or something more serious?

Hey, I've had a rash on my testicles for some time... probably since March.  I was with one questionable girl, who decided she was gonig to share my bed with me.  One night, drinks ensued and one thing led to a broken condom.  About a week later, I was with a girl who I do believe to be clean; she even produced enough wetness to cleanse other things.  I went to sleep with wet balls, and didn't really think too much further than jock itch when I woke up.
Sadly, I suill have this rash, and I fear now that it may be something a bit more severe.

I haven't noticed any burning sensations.  But, I guess I really never know what to expect from the consistency of my semen.  I lately have noticed it to be quite runny, and nearly chunky.

One thing I've noticed about self-diagnosis, if you want to find alternatives to freaking out, you will find them... probably not the best course of action now that I've been applying some anti-fungal cream which I found at my parent's house, also I usually cup everything to pee on them in the shower :*),  and am still experiencing the dry, itchy, cracking that is so annoying!

See a Dr, highly doubt this is a STD. Sounds more like fungial.

@KDaily: Thank you for the HSV address; however, the doctor was surprised to hear that the anti-fungal cream did not do the job, as that was the proper course of action... clearly, I had a fairly decent idea of what should have been done.

@Vance2335: yes, the doctor claimed it to be fungal.

Answer: Prescription Strength Anti-fungal cream, "Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetoniede CREAM USP"

HSV outbreak would not last more then a couple weeks, this may be a bacterial infection. See your doctor for a diagnosis. Also stop putting stuff on your balls because you don't know what youre doing.
