Kissing escort with pain in my throat

2 days ago I developed a slight pain in my throat near my left tonsil. The pain is when I swallow and open my mouth wide.  There is no visible ulcer or sore near the area so I'm assuming its my tonsils which are swollen.

Yesterday I visited a female sex worker and we kissed each other deeply. Because the pain near my tonsils was quite low I didn't think I was at risk for anything, at the end of the session I ejeculated in her mouth which she spat out.  I also think I was her first client of the day.

About 3 hours later the pain near my tonsils was becoming unbearable so I started gargling saltwater which doesn't seem to be helping.  Without knowing what exactly I have,  Was I at risk of anything by French kissing this sex worker?

I'm not much worried about myself in regards to receiving unprotected oral, I know the risks and I don't like the feeling of oral with a condom.  I was worried about the kissing

What about if she contracts something like strep throat and continues giving unprotected oral sex and taking semen in her mouth? Would that put her at risk?

you seem to have a lot of anxiety as evidenced by all your posts on medhelp. Why are you setting yourself up for more by having unprotected oral sex with a stranger? A sex worker who has unprotected oral sex with clients isn't fully protecting herself or her clients either.

is kissing a risk for std's? No it is not.

I'm also having massive guilt because if I did have a viral infection in my throat and she contracts it could she become infected with std's seeing as she gives unprotected oral and let's many different men ejeculate into her mouth? Or would there have to be large blisters, bleeding or ulcers in her mouth for that to happen? Also I don't think many see workers would still see clients when they're unwell? I don't know.
