LSIL (HPV/mild dysplasia/CIN1)

Hi Dr, a few weeks ago i started havinf pains in lower left stomach and then this pain went to my left side and lower back. Every time I sat for a long time and got up afterwards I felt weird pain in my lower left stomach. i went to the doctor, he took necessary tests, did gynecological observation, took Pap smear and blood tests. After my urine test, doctor said that I have bladder infection and prescribed me Macrobid. Today was the last day of me taking the pills. I also drank a lot of cranberry juice. The pain goes away a little bit but I still feel something in my left lower stomach especially when I get up after long sitting.
The doctor also told me to go and do the transvaginal ultrasound but here in town it was over a thousand dollars and I don't have insurance so it is kinda hard for me to pay cause they asked the whole payment at the day of the procedure. How much does this procedure usually cost and where I can do it in Vegas?
I got the results of my pap smear and the diagnosis is LSIL (encompassing HPV/mild dysplasia/CIN1)7 My question is: what should  I do now? Should I treat it somehow? Should I do any tests? How it can react on the future pregnancy? Should my husband (the only sex partner I had all my life) get treatment or do tests?
Thank you

I was in a similar predicament.  Call planned parenthood, and if they don't do it in office...ask for phone numbers for imaging service companies.  I found one for $175 with the reading included

We are unable to tell you where to go for the ultrasound or how much it costs.

As for your next set of questions it is best to follow up with your Dr for proper treatment and he/she will advise you on your husband possible treatment/tests. You are under the care of someone already and he/she is going to be the best person for you.
