Labcorp herpes test reliability

I was given an IgG test by Labcorp, and judging from the fact that your doctor directed you to LabCorp, can I take this to mean that they are a reliable test facility ?

Oh ok.

Sorry I missed that.  In the experts forum, if there is a "Continue discussion" button, that means that thread is closed, and it will continue it over here, in a new thread.

Sorry Aj, I didn't intentionally start this thread, I posted it as a reply on the thread titled "So Scared about Herpes Test Results" that was started by the user called "stupid28" but for some reason the system made it into a new thread. You can see that at the end of my post, it says "This discussion is related to So Scared about Herpes Test Results". I'm not sure what I did wrong, I simply clicked "continue this dicussion" on that thread and instead of adding my post to that thread, it created a new post. I'm sorry.

PLEASE keep all your questions in one thread.  Haven't we been over this?

And yes, LabCorp is fine.

the facility your doctor sent you to doesnt really matter.  Its just the facility that your doctors office uses for testing.  every doctors office usually has a contract with a lab facility in the general area that they either send patients to directly or the place has a courier service that comes in and picks up specimens everyday for testing.  Labcorp is just one of the biggest and widely used facility in the country.
