Lapdance Gone Bad; Risk of Auto-Innoculation

Lapdance Gone Bad; Risk of Auto-Innoculation

Dear Dr. Hansfield,
Two days ago, while travelling on business, I visited a strip club and spent a considerable period of time with a dancer in a private area.  The constant gringing of her dancing left my penis chafed and very slightly bleeding.
At several points she unzipped my pants and ground her crotch vigorously against my underwear (thin cotton briefs).  Then at the end of the night she placed a condom on my penis and masturbated me to completion.  I also fingered her several times, though she was hardly wet at all.
Here is my concern (fear is more like it)....
1.  could I have obtained any STD from auto-innoculation -- touching her genitalia then later touching myself or even rubbing an eye or my nose?
2.  is there any possibility that the close grinding of her crotch against my underwear could constitute skin-to-skin contact and thus place me at risk for a STD?
3.  what about hand-to-genital contact from her to me while she was placing condom on me?  if my penis was chafed and she had touched herself prior to strokin me, would I be at risk?
4.  now the million dollar question (or $10 one)....should I tell me wife to avoid placing her at risk?  this would place our marriage at considerable risk right now, given recent tension between us, but I am really afraid that I have blown it here.
Please help me.  I really need your honest advice.

You can relax.  As others responded before me (below), this was a zero risk event.  Transmission of secretions from a partner's genitals to one's own genitals is too low a risk to worry about; to my knowledge there has never been a case of any STD transmitted that way, and no STD would be transmitted through cloth.  I see no reason for you to either be tested for STDs or to say anything to your wife (at least not from a disase protection standpoint - but if you have an emotional need to 'fess up, that's up to you).

There is zero risk of any STD from what you did.  Absolutley zero risk from grinding on yoour underwear, fingering, masturbating you (with or without condom) and fingering.  There is nothing you can get by fingering her and then touching youself (I do not think this is called auto-innoculation, that is when an active herpes infection is spread to another part of the body by the person that has it to himself).

Anyway, ZERO risk.  Do not tell your wife for STD risk reasons, since there isn't any.

I agree completely with imdumb. No risk at all. And if your only reason for telling your wife is because you think you (and eventually she) could have contracted a STD from this encounter, then relax. You don't have anything to worry about, so there's no reason to tell.

You may not repost the same questions in a new thread, especially when there is zero risk and no educational value for other forum users.  This forum is not the place for you to ventilate or get emotional support.  A limited number of new threads is permitted daily, and each unnecessary one blocks someone from posting a new question.  I deleted your repeat question.
