Length of STD

I know this question may sound stupid, but its been on my mind for a while now and I would like an experts opinion.
I have been sexualy active (straight male no drugs )  I have been tested for HIV about 2 years ago. All negative.  But I really never had a panel of std tests.  All of my sexual encounters have been condom protected for vaginal and anal and condoms luckily have never failed. I have slept with about 10 women. Non of them were pro's. All of my oral has been unprotected. I was always the reciever. I have never had any problems or symptoms. I read that some std dont show any symptoms.  My last sexual encounter was march 08.  Would I have had a symptom by now or would or could I be carrying an std without any symptoms and should I be tested for STDS. I guess the only way I could have gotten it would have been thru oral but then again who knows.  But I always use a condom for vagina and anal statrt to finish.  What are your thoughts please.

Not a dumb questions and keep using those condoms.
It is possible to get an STD via oral sex, it is a lot less likely then unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse but still possible.
Many people here believe being sexually active you should test for STD on a yearly basis, I agree with that idea.

Could you have an STD that long and not know it...it's possible but not likely.
