Little Pimple like bumps

I'm a 22 year old male who has regular sex with my girlfriend. About a month ago i noticed 5 little pimple like bumps in a cluster on the shaft of my penis, and a few more on the side. They look like white head pimples but do not pop, don't itch, and i have experienced absolutely no pain. However its very worrisome as they arent going away but arent getting any worse. Should i be concerned?

You need to go and be seen and have these looked at. They could be any number of things but certainly need a proper evaluation.
