Little red bumps hurt

I had unprotected sex with a woman 2 days ago (stupid i know). There was a alot of skin rubbing together in the pubic area. It started to hurt as we were having sex because she kept rubbing our pubic areas together. The next day it burned somewhat and i thought it was just a little irritation from all the rubbing. Then today i noticed little red bumps on that area not in the center pubic area but on my thighs mainly in the crease where the pelvic meets the thigh in the front and up. No bumps on the penis or testicles whatsoever. I looked up symptoms of herpes and it doesnt seem like that is it..i didnt get a fever or anything like that...could this just be irritation from rubbing together or is it something serious? couple of the bumps have little white centers and they only seem to be where the hair follicles are and they also hurt, they dont itch...i am very worried and i dont have any insurance. Mostly like i am goin to have to end up goin to the free walk in clinic but until then any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

the bumps with the white are ingrown hairs probably.. you wont see symptoms the next day,..but if there was rubbing like that then yea definetly ingrown hairs and your probably just burning cause of the rubbing

wait i dont kno if its ingrown cuz some of the bumps are located where the hair is already grown in...they almost look like zits or some kind of rash
