ok, so early this year(feb) i went to the doctor because of swollen testicle and was diagnosed with epididymitis. had treatment(shot rocyphen, 7day Doxy) pain went away.after that i have had like 3 STD/HIV test and all negative, Yes before being diagnosed with epididymitis i had unprotected sex. In april i had a chemical reaction on my penis and irritated the gland in the penis and saw a urolo and diagnosed me with phismosis. suggested circumcision but denied it. 2 weeks ago went back to urolo for swollen testicle and gave me cipro and shot of rosephn. know i have lower pelvic pain, when i pooped i saw goo in my stool. what could it be??

You would need to follow up with your Dr, this would not be related to a STD.
