Lymphocytes dropped

I just had blood tests done due to gastrointestinal problems, possible adverse reaction to a medication and general feeling of loss of energy.   Now some diarrhea and some headaches.   Lymphocytes dropped from 25% to 15.4%  in about two months.  I had been taking medication to reduce cholesterol but stopped when I developed symptoms a couple of hours after taking urology, for the first and only time, medication to reduce frequency of urination.  That may account for rise in cholesterol and triglyceride levels - not sure about drop in lymphocytes.  Is 15.4% lymphocite level a cause for alarm?
