MAJOR ISSUE INTERNAL MAYBE EXTERNAL SHARP IRRITATING VAGINAL PAIN

hi i have been having sharp vaginal pains sometimes its only occured during intercourse but lately its been a frequent pain that hasn't gone away i go checked last year cause i had the same problem and they told me it was a yeast infection so i was provided with cream and anti biotics. but the pain is still there it is very sharp almost like an irritating piece of glass under the skin, its hard to say where exactly as the pain sometimes moves. i am really concerned and dont kno wwhat to expect i thought it was from tamponss and started using pads. but its gotten to the point where it hurts to wipe. I finished my period 4 days ago and started spotting again today. i really dont know what to think it is. i've been reading online and it sounds like it could be 4 different things. if you can give me an idea of whats wrong with me that would be great!! please im soo scared!

Hi

Please don't be scared.  You need to see your OB/GYN  s/he should be albe to help you at best.   If you think its an STD (with reasonable risk/exposure) rule them out; a gonorrhea and chlamydia test should be done today if you did have an exposure.
