Massage Question

I had a massage recenlty, nothing sexual meaning i was covered with a towel and the massage girl was fully dressed. Nothing happened between us however, i guess the excitement got to me and near the end i climaxed. My question, can i get any sort of STD this way, i am also not 100% sure how clean the towels, blankets were and was wondering could dirty towel etc cause any sort of diease. As i type this this sounds a bit silly, i just want some piece of mind. I do not have any issues, i am just checking.
