On Friday I had a massage by an African American girl in NYC. There was no sex involved

except 2 handjobs. However, I sucked her nipples and some milk came out and I also licked

her body and noticed some sweat. Later when I got back to my hotel I noticed I had tiny

chaps on my lips and also the inside of my mouth felt slightly raw, so maybe I had abrasions

inside my mouth.
I've also read some frightening statistics about NYC and HIV especially for the African

American community.

Also, before the second handjob, the girl (who was wearing a skimpy G-string) sat on to of

me briefly and I could feel her crotch touch the shaft of my penis. I asked her to get off

but I did not have a look to see if anything may have leaked onto my penis.
Moreover, I noticed that since yesterday, my peeing is slightly painful at the start and my

urethra feels raw (kind of similar to NSU symptoms - I got NSU 15 years ago and that's how I

know).
Is it possible that some vaginal fluid / menstrual blood may have leaked and that it may

have gotten massaged into my penis during the second handjob ???
Otherwise, what would explain the NSU-like symptoms ?
Should I be worried of hiv or other STDs ?
I am really worried and I feel stupid and ashamed at what I've done. I think of my wife and

kids, and my head starts spinning by my stupid act. I feel desperate.
So please I urge to to let me know if I am at any risk of STDs and what if anything I should

do.

P.S. I have already posted this question in the HIV forum and the members there indicated

that HIV is not a risk but they did suggest I post in the STD forum for asking about other

STD risks (especially the irritable peeing !)

Since you didnt have sex with the woman I seriously doubt you have any std.  A handjob will certainly not give you one.  As for the encounter where she sat on you, was she clothed or was there penetration of any kind?  Also, the hiv forum people were right you are at no risk for hiv.  If your this worried I would suggest going to go get an std test at your local clinic, its free and confidential.  Sometimes guilt can make us give ourselves symptoms, or make us extra sensitive to normal body reactions.  Try drinking a lot of water to kind of flush out your system as well.  Good luck, most likely you will get negative results from your tests.

Thank you so much for your answer, and yes I will follow your advice and get checked out tomorrow.
By the way, there was no penetration whatsoever. Just as I was laying on my back facing up, she sat on top of me in such a way that I could feel her crotch against mine - . She was just wearing skimpy underwear, so that's in particular against the base of the shaft of my penis, and that's what made me worry that maybe something leaked from her onto my penis and that in the subsequent handjob it may have found its way into inside my urethra.
My symptoms are not imagined.. I feel soreness in my penis and urethra and everytime I pee, I feel a tinge of pain at the start..

Never saying you imagined them, just sometimes we can all get hypersensitive to body functions when we are worried about something, I have done the same thing myself.  Worst case scenario, unlikely, you could have something and you would get an antibiotic that would clear it up in two weeks max.  Best of wishes to you.
