Molluscum Contagiosum incubation period

Answers to these questions would be much appreciated!

1) Is Molluscum Contagiosum contagious during the incubation period?

2) Also, is it contagious during the healing process after being removed? If so, for how long?

3) If all bumps clear up, and then reappear several weeks later, are you only contagious during an outbreak? Could you be infectious in that "clear" window?
