More STD symptoms?

I recently made a thread about my encounter with an older male only doing oral sex over a period of 2 years maybe 5-6 times and he never finished in my mouth. He did finger me.

1 week ago today was my last encounter and I have been very worried ever since because I've felt terrible since then. I was told that this is probably not HIV related by several members here.

List of current symptoms

1. White coated tongue with red dots.
2. Some pain in the anus, rare
3. Left testicale hanging lower, with pain.
4. Can not get erection as normal.
5. low ejaculation volume.

what could this be?

This is a STD forum, I gave you my opinion that you did not have a STD. Then I made a statement based on your tests that you did not have a STD. We don't diagnosis here, we provide assestment to risk and if symptoms might be related to a STD. But a Dr is always the best person to get with because he/she can examine you, run tests and see what might be going on.

I assumed as much, which is why I don't understand why i'm being treated for it.

To be fair, you haven't really said much either, I talked to my doctor like you said and now you are telling me to talk to them again.

You don't have gonorrhea.

Talk to your Dr about this because what we say doesn't seem to have much difference.

If it was gonorrhea, wouldn't the pain and everything be gone within 48 hours of starting the pills and getting the shot?

Hello all, just an update.

Tuesday I went to the doctor and got a shot and prescribed doxycylcine for 10 days. The only test that was done was a urine sample, which came back clean. So the doctor treated me for Gonorrhea, although I had no discharge, or fever. It seems the pain has gotten a lot better since the shot, but I am still not convinced as I still don't get erections normally like I did 1 week ago, and I don't have a fever either. I have gotten very bad diarrhea, sometimes watery, but I think this may be from the pills. Also, I have been a bit more tired, and I still can't eat as much as normal.

Should I keep taking the pills, get a second opinion or call a urologist?

I do feel better today after the shot, haven't had any more pain. Altought it still is harder to get an erection and the volume of ejaculate is a lot lower.

we discussed this at length in your previous post on this.

really, nothing else we can do to help you. your provider probably just treated to apease you. you never needed those treatments with negative testing and minimal risk.

I went to the doctor today and told her my symptoms. She said it could be an STD, she would think gonorrhea, but she only did a urine test which came back clear. She gave me a shot of penicillin in my butt  and some pills I need to take.

Should this be good or should I go see another doctor and get a second opinion?
