Does scrubbing your genitals with soap and water IMMEDIATELY after the one-hour act (as in, walk directly to the bathroom) have any potential to minimize your risk? Same question with rinsing out your mouth with Listerine? There was no intercourseCauses of painful intercourse Sexual intercourse - painful involved in the described activity, and I don't know if that would change anything but thought I should be specific.
Also, last question, if you hypothetically took an antiretroviral medication the day of/after exposure and maintained the therapy for a number of weeks, could that keep you from contracting the virus? I understand that you must be diagnosed as HAVING the virus by a medical professional in order to attain a prescription, and that you would never endorse abusing prescription drugs. Nor would I. In this case I am simplySimply sleep picking your brain to see what you think that would do.
Thanks for all the time you've put in to helping people in a public forum like this
