Now I am an absolute WRECK!!! I am obsessing about this.
To make matters worse, my wife just had her once in a lifetime physical exam, blood tests, and everything (age 45) just a few weeks before this incident. So her blood test will not serve for this exposure.
your feelings of guilt are of no importance BUT what is; the fact that you had safe sex.
if your sexual encounter was truly safe (with a condom at all times and it was secure throughout)...your sexual encounter was safe and you are subject to the % listed on the condom box (apprx 98% effective...which is pretty darn safe).
now if you did other activities and/or if you had oral sex, then you are at risk for gonoherra/clymadia, and herpes.
Thanks for your response. I am liking your answer so far but I am still concerned about two things. First, my wife's itching. I read that the incubation period for chlamydia is 3 weeks and that was exactly when she complained of itching. Second, I am concerned that that base of my penis (not covered by my longish penis) which also had massage oil on it, may have retained some virus or bacteria that I transferred to my wife but that did not infect me.
One more detail for you to consider. She masturbated herself and also touched my scrotum (and penis but the condom was on). I also finger penetrated her while I was wearing the condom but I don't think I touched myself. We did not kiss or have oral sex.
