NEED HELP!!!/irritation from vagina burning, itching, nd white-yellow lumps inside HELP!

Ok so new years day I had sex wit my boyfriend; but before I had already was having mild irritation from my vagina ( itching, nd discharge) didn't think any of it. So after we had sex my clitoris had gotten so swollen that my vagina lips wouldn't close. The next day the swelling went down and I shaved all pubic hair off the next morning around 3am I woke up out of my sleep because of burning nd I had to use the bathroom really bad it burned itched and had white discharge. So I assumed it was yeast infection I use vagisal wipes everytime I went to the bathroom, I took a bath later that morning and put vagina cream on the inside of my vagina, later that evening I noticed medium small white lump like things (multiple), it got worst by the hours it got so bad where it hurt to sit down nd walk. The lumps have gotten a lil bigger and more irritating when I walk, sit down, touch or urine. Its very painful!
Could anyone help me?? PLEASE

You need to see a doctor immediately.  Go to the ER if you have to.  Do not wait.  Do not use anymore creams.  The cream may be irritating the area even more.  Genital herpes comes to mind but the way you describe the lumps, I'm really not sure.  Try posting in the herpes community to get a more accurate idea if it is possibly hsv.
