1) Although the blood test for chlamydia isn't usually recommended in this circumstance (it is used mostly to assess infertility in women; either urine or a swab  from inside the penis normally are required required).  However, the negative blood test confirms you aren't infected.  Testing semen doesn't help.

2) No it isn't syphilis.

3) Persistent urethritis after treatment is a minor problem--frustrating but dangerous to either you or your partner.

4) Probably no more tests are needed, but that would have to be a decision by a doctor who examines you; can't help online.

5) You're being much too sensitive to minor anatomic variations that mean nothing.  Nothing is wrong with your penis.  Again, if you don't want to accept my assurance on this, I simply can't help; a doctor would have to examine you.  But if one has and said it is normal, then it is normal!  Not every anatomic change or symptom means a disease is present.

6) If a knowledgeable health care provider documents persisting urethritis by examining you in person, then an antibiotic might be warranted.  But I doubt it.  There is no single drug that will effective treat all those conditions--but you don't have any of them anyway.

Dear Help9,
Regarding your statement

"Hi i recently sent you 3 other questions ",

please be considerate of others. This forum has a limit as to the number of new questions each day that is allowed and you are not allowing others to post their questions.

You should see your doctor to look into the specifics of your case. Dr. Handsfield nor any other doctor can diagnose or prescribe over the Internet.

Regards,

In response no. 3 above, I meant "frustrating but dangerous to NEITHER you nor your partner".

As requested by the forum administrator, please do not reply to this comment or post further questions until you have seen a health care provider.
