NGU Question

I understand NGU is basically an infection inside the penis. Some are caused by STI/STD and others are caused by bacteria. I've learned a lot the past few weeks about STDs on here but have a question.

Is it possible that an NGU could take 3-4 months after an exposure to develop symptoms?

Thanks.

I'm thinking the week ejacukation could be a part of the swollen epididdimis preventing the seamen from being pushed out at normal speed.

Not sure if my last post went through. I'll re type:

The exposure was receiving unprotected oral sex for a matter of seconds and rubbing my unprotected penis against a vagina for maybe 20 seconds. (NO insertion) I've had 0 symtoms at all up until the week ejaculation and then possible swollen epididdimis. They don't hurt but I think they are larger than before although it is not something I ever routinely checked and would not have checked them if it weren't for the weak ejaculation.

Hi David. Thanks for all of your time.

Exposure was receiving very brief oral sex and the rubbing of my unprotected penis on a vagina (NO insertion) for about 20 seconds.

I'm very scared right now. Like I said the only symptoms I have (just came on) is the week ejaculation and what I believe to be semi swollen epididymis. Other than that I have 0 symtoms of anything at all.

If your worried why dont you see a doctor and have an std panel test/ What as your exposure 3 months ago? bottom line is having a weak ejac i not a symptom of any std.

Thanks. The thing I haven't  masterbated any more than normal. If the epididdimis do get infected is that something extremely serious? Currently they don't hurt but I can feel them (maybe more than normal). Not sure if I'm just super aware right now or they are swollen. Would this be something that can clear up on its own?

Dave, here's my issue. I've had zero signs of anything after the risk 3-4 months ago. Went along living normal thinking I was safe. Not a single sign of anything. No weird colored discharge, no burning, no marks, nothing at all. A few days ago during an ejacukation I noticed the seamen didn't shoot out with force like normal. Everything felt normal during ejaculation but it just didn't shoot out with the same normal force.  That does happen from time to time but the next day I had the same issue which led me to googling things which has made me very nervous.
I'm sorry for asking so many questions but I really could use some answers.

Is it possible the risk 3-4 months ago maybe ended up causing this? Can I be infected down there for that long without realizing it? My ejaculations were perfectly normal for the last 3-4 months up until just the other day. Now I'm worried I may have an infection based on it despite zero other symptoms. I'm also wondering if some of this is mental as I'm nervous before ejaculating because I'm not sure if it's going to shoot out or be weak.

Yes all these even gono could clear up on there own but its always best to take meds so they dont spread to the epididimus. men more often get prostate infections vrs NGU as if the ejaculate stays inside the prostate it tends to turn bacterially and thats why men have wet dreams to get it out.

Ohhhh okay. I see. So basically a NGU or NSU means a urunary tract infection. Say for instance it was Gono or an STD, the infection would not begin showing symtoms 3-4 months later. The NGU or NSU would just mean bacteria somehow got into the untethera and or testicles causing things to go wrong down there right? Also, would NGU clear up on its own without meds? I would  Think in the average lifetime of a mail he probably gets an infection down there every so often and may not even realize it?

All NGU means is that its not Gono. Another term used is NSU or non specific urinary infection that can take place from taking antibiotics but it would not be from an act 3-4months ago.

Hey Dave. Thanks. So any strange things that would occur to me after 3-4 months (zero other exposures in the 3-4 months since this) would not be NGU related correct?
