NGU Symptom Check

I had unprotected sex with a friend on the 19th of August who just recently completed chemo. I was the first person she was with since her treatment and she was tested at the time for everything and was negative. A few days later I noticed tingling in my urethra and a week later I had slight pain after urinating. I also experienced some pain in the upper portion of my penis on the 26th but no itching or discharge. I did "dribble" a little after urinating but it was clearly urine that stained my underwear and again no discharge of any kind nor could I milk any discharge. I was given 1G of Azithromycin on the 27th and my symptoms all but disappeared the next day. I'm still waiting on my urine tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Does this sound like standard NGU considering the timing after exposure and symptoms? I highly doubt gonorrhea since I would expect discharge but am concerned about chlamydia. I only experienced slight pain after urination not during which is often related to a UTI or prostate infection and again never had any discharge. My symptoms also vanished 24 hours after taking Azithromycin and I would expect chlamydia to take longer to clear. Your thoughts?

No it's urine. Probably just irritation.

So post-urination dribble which stains my underwear is not considered discharge? The pain on the evening of the 26th was very real but only lasted one day.

Maybe NGU, but most of the time that comes with discharge. Might have been nothing.
