NGU tests
I want to get tested for NGU because my urethra is more red than usual when erect. What do I request? I'm thinking white blood cell count in urine + bacterial culture of urine to see if anything is there. Will they do that?

Oh ok. Then ask your doctor to do a urine test that looks for white blood cells and bacteria in your urine.

I have been assured by a urologist that a urine analysis negative for WBC is extremely accurate. I have had several during the course of treatement for prostatitis and they assure me that I have no urethritis. I have read the docs forum very hard and they say without discharge you probably have no worries. The question them becomes what they consider discharge?
