NGU??
I am a 35 year old male. Recently had an unprotected oral sex encounter and have had another in the past. I have been reading constantly about NGU. Can someone tell me what the likelihood of NGU is through receiving oral (percentage, statistics?) Would a man have obvious symptoms such as burning or irritation? I have read on numerous sites where a symptom is "underwear stain." I have that constantly but I'm unsure whether it could be due to this or due to all of my urine not coming out when I urinate and then some leaks out. Also, can you pass this onto your partner then they pass it back and forth, and how long could that last? Wondering if my partner has had it all along and she got it from me and she passes it back and forth to me. Underwear stain is the only symptom I have. Any help or comments would be appreciated. Confused, scared.
And if I got if from someone other than my partner, can I pass it onto my partner through vaginal intercourse and give her something if I didn't know I had it from getting it from someone else? Please explain. Thank you.

Complications will never show up because it is not anything to be worried about.
I don't know how else to say it. It is normal mouth bacteria. You could have gotten it from someone else or your normal partner. It is just bacteria that works its self into the urthea and has a bad reaction and causes an infection.
You can get oral sex 100000 times and never get it. Or you can have oral sex 1 time and get it. You can be married for 20 years and get it or get it from a 1 night stand. It is not something to be passed back and forth because it is just bacteria. The mouth has many different bacteria in it.

I did answer that....there is not really anything to pass back and forth because it is really just mouth bacteria. Hell you could give her that same bacteria that would cause NGU from kissing.

Again it is bacteria common to the mouth. So your not really passing anything back and forth.
I have noticed this stain for a very long time. I don't know if it's due to me not voiding all of my urine or not, urinary problems or sexual problems. With my sexual encounter and all of the information on the internet it has me extremely confused and worried. Can't give you any stats but can tell you gonorrhea and NGU are the most commonly transmitted things during oral sex but even that is on the low risk side.
