Everybody gets itchy genitals from time to time, usually something trivial like hygiene, sometimes jock itch or eczema. Or just anxiety. No STD does it, though. See my advice above about seeing a doctor.
I already gave you my only comment about the red mark-- anyway, since it's gone I see no reason to worry about it.
Thank you Howard I really appreciate it feel better now. But what is up with all the itching on my genitals what could that be ? Not to mention the red mark went away also.
Oral sex is safe sex -- not completely free of STD risk, but much lower risk than vaginal or anal sex. All STDs are uncommon from oral sex and some extremely rare or never occur at all, including chlamydia. (I'll bet your school health ed implies oral sex is just as high risk as other kinds of sex. Don't believe it!) And fingering is totally risk free.
As for your symptoms, they aren't typical for any STD. There is no STD that cough, stomach ache, etc. And most pimples are just that, pimples and nothing more. As for the "red mark" on your penis, my guess is you're just looking too closely and nothing is wrong.
If you're in the US, almost certainly there are clinics near you that will examine you for no cost, without your parents' knowledge. Try calling your local health department.
Sorry to reply again but symptoms have been runny nose , random hot flashes feels like a fever, bad cough , extremely frequent on and off stomach aches. I don't know if this is anxiety because I keep thinking about this or what. Can symptoms show up as fast as 2 weeks?
