Need advice...urgent

Hi,

My girlfriend gave me oralsex (blowjob) before 3 weeks with the condom completely covered. I suddenly noticed and I find that my right testicle is little larger than the left testicle. Often the right testicle keeps moving down a bit . Sometimes it is little painful. I have a fear that I might have got some STDs. I am unable to concentrate on my work and I am really disturbed. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, however would like to know if this looks a very troublesome situation. Have I got contacted with any STDs? Please advice. Is there a chance that you might get affected with STDs even with the protection measures you take.

I do not have a clue why you are going through what you are, I can just advise you that it has noting to do with a STD.

Thanks Vance. I am happy a bit after looking at your response. However, could you please tell me why I have been experiencing this pain and observing the right testicle to be little larger than the left one. Is this quite common and I need not be worried (or) this has resulted due to some infections. Could you please post?

You had no risk for a STD with a condom. If you did not use a condom then it would have been low risk and symptoms have nothing to do with a STD.
