Need help identifying!

I'm going to see the doctor on Wednesday but I would like some help before that if possible. I don't think it is herpes but I'm no doctor. 2 bumps that don't look like blisters but more like a pimple. One on bottom of shaft of the penis and one on the left side of shaft of penis. They are not close and seem to be drying up. They are red, not sore to touch. The other day I was masterbating and after I noticed the head of my penis was itchy and what looked like a red rash. That cleared up in a day.  I have pictures but am new to this website and do not know how to use it fully.

Your sexual history is only something you know. A fresh Herpes infection can manifest itself in 3 -14 days. However, outbreaks in the region in which you are speaking are definitely in need of a doctor's examination.

We don't look at pictures and skin issues can be so many things that really only a Dr can tell you what it is/might be.
