Need help

Ok i don't know what other forum to put this in ...so let me describe whats going on ...... Almost i would say probably late november i started having symptoms( of what disease im not sure). i had sex with my ex (unprotected) and two weeks( i think it was two weeks later it could have been a week) later symptoms started. It started with a tingling sensation that evolved into discharge along with the sensation and a burning sensation when i pee ...Went to the doctor described the symptoms i was having and got treated for chlamydia and ghonorea .... The symptoms subsided .... had sex like two weeks later and immediately the symptoms returned .....went back to the doctor .....explained everything had a look at my last results they came had came back negative for chlamydia and ghonorea ( i was shocked ).Told the doc that the last time i took the medicine the symptoms went away then i had sex and poof they were back ... Took another pee test and the same day she gave me the same medicine along with one for tric saying well maybe i contracted it this time ..( the pee test came back negative again) Well the symptoms are still there .. not as bad as before but the tingling and discharge are still there ......The tingling sometimes at the head of the penis or at times in the base of the penis. The discharge is clear ... Spoke to another doctor cuz i feared i might have contracted herpes .. since reading on here people say they had similar symptoms of tingling in the penis as well as discharge .. That doctor told me that tingling and discharge are not symptoms of herpes and if i had it i would see small puss pumps on the head or shaft of the penis ...( i can say i have not ...however i will be going to get tested just to ease my mind). Right now i am at a lost as to what this could be...
Also could rough masturbation cause any symptoms like this ? during the initial first two weeks before the symptoms started after i had sex with my ex .. i masturbated but i was gripping the lower end of the shaft near the base rathar than my customary method which was to grip near the head are ....wondering if that might have irritated something down there that is causing these symptoms.

I would really appreciate any help / advice i can get here that might give some explanation to this ..... I would go to urologist but i company went out of business so as of right now i have no insurance so all these doctor visits been costing me a arm and a leg .........

yea so going back to planned parenthood and getting a second dosage of  medicine for tric and chlamydia the symptoms actually went away .. no more tingle no more feeling of discharge ..that lasted a whole glorious 4 days ..then while on the bus home from work i felt a trickle in there ..... last night went to play basketball and that tingle was back ... also a times i feel like a dull ache either in my groin or in the around the genital area .. i cant pin point it exactly but at times i feel it ...  one thing i can say is that the tingle and feeling of discharge is not as profound as before ....... im starting to think i might have herpes (had scabs show up on the tip of the penis 8right near the opening it looked like there was a ..well not sure if you can call it a rash ..to me it was more like a small swelling which scabbed over ( read that might be a symptom of hereps hence why i keep thinking that what it is )  ....never saw any sores or bumps... im hoping because maybe i rubbed too hard with my wash rag why they showed up *crosses fingers* )    or another infection ... i guess i will be going back to planned parenthood ... tried to go to a urologist however they said that any test they did quest diagnostics would bill me for all the lab work ...smh ....so that's a no go ... gonna go back pp and do a swab and blood test for everything ....this is so frustrating .... cant help but worry about what im gonna hear ..*sighs*

Well you are going to have to visit a Dr again. My guess is that this is NGU, prostate infection or a different type of bacterial infection. I would recommend a urine culture and maybe a swab test for other forms of bacteria.

I would also use condoms.
