18 year old male here, about a year ago, I received oral sex from a man I did not know, I only lasted maybe two minutes but anyways jsut a couple days ago, a day of 2 rounds of masturbation, I noticed 3 spots on my penis. I'm hoping they are not herpes. They don't itch or cause pain or discomfort but I am worried. They are small one is on the shaft and two are on the head. I did masturbate without lube and finished into a paper towel boht times that day.... Any suggestions on what it may be.

What is the liklihood of an HPV exposure from the oral sex? I'm really guessing it is pry friction marks or even a bug bite. House has recently been invested with fleas it just doesn't itchy I guess.

no reason to think that you contracted hpv from the encounter in question.
