hey, I am wondering what this can be. Ok let me start by saying that I am sexually active. I always use protection but about 2 weeks after I had sex I noticed red and white bumps appearing around the edge of my penis head. Its been about 8 weeks now and they are still there. Can you give me a list of what this could possibly be please. Thank you so much.

I can not give you a list because it can be many different things. Since it has been 8 weeks I strongly suggest you go to a Dr and get them looked at.
