I'm voting for you are obsessing more than anything at this point.
Hi Grace,
Thanks for reply.
Spoke to doc about that "discharge" yesterday, he reckoned it was my mind playing tricks on me and nothing to worry about. The low risk exposure coupled with negative std results (tested 2 weks post exposure, results 2 weeks later) were enough for him. So I am no longer concerned with that. In fact I have no noticed it since I ve stopped thinking abut it !
Since taking the Z-pac single dose 2 weeks ago (given to reassure me, on day of std tests, straight after testing) I have had a sweating sensation in the area of my anus ("Sweaty *** Syndrome" or SAS).
It had not happened prior to taking antibiotic and peaked in and around days leading up to test results (maybe stress/anxiety related ?). It has continued overnight. I am just wondering is this antibiotic related and will it pass by itself ?
If so I will move on and stop obsessing !
Thanks again for this valuable resource !
azithromycin can really make you feel like crap sometimes :(
just clear discharge typically isn't std related. since you have no pain, I wouldn't do anything else at this point. try to keep busy, only look at the lil guy for the purpose of aiming for the next 2 weeks ( masturbate in the dark and use lube so you don't further irritate things ) and if you are still experiencing discharge then, return to be seen and make sure they also manually examine your prostate too.

Vance,
Thanks for reassurance, unsurprisingly you were correct.
Met with doctor yesterday. All results negative.
Thought I would report back just to help other people with the info.
Think I am having some side effect to Z pak though.
Not to be too graphic but I seem to be suffering from "Sweaty *** Syndrome".
Is it possible I m having a slight reaction to antibiotic and will this pass with time ?
No i would not be concerned at all.
Thanks for the reply Vance.
So you would not be worried about brief unprotected touching of gential areas ?
There was no unprotected penetration at any stage.
I get my results this coming Friday.
You had protected sex, you had no risk. I would not have even tested. My advice is to seek a therapist for help with anxiety.
