One time Encounter

Hello all.  Poor decision making on my part is causing stress and anxiety.

Early 30's male here.  4 nights ago I had a call-girl perform an unprotected hand job and protected oral on me while I also touched her genitals.  As you can imagine, I'm worried about contracting an STD and passing it on to my partner.  I have a concern that there is a small pea-sized scab on the back of my hand, and a very small scabbed over cuticle on my thumb that may have come into contact with vaginal fluid (although I do not remember).  Both scabs were/are intact and had been there for a few days.  After washing my hands multiple times and showering, I masturbated myself later on.

I did not notice any symptoms on the woman other than what looked like a bunch of evenly placed pimples around her thighs and buttocks.  I assume that herpes bumps clump very closely together?

I've had phantom symptoms of itching under my scrotum that comes and goes.  I'm doing my best to dismiss this as it is my understanding that true symptoms are persistent and severe.  I have not noticed any lumps, bumps, or abrasion anywhere.  I have had a slight pain in my left testicle, but I'm thinking this is due to trauma (my dog got excited and jumped on me and landed on my testicles).

Here are my biggest concerns:  STD's being exposed to my scabs and herpes from skin-to-skin contact.  I'm worried about passing anything on to my partner.

STD's don't infect the hands so they have no way to test you.

I also received protected oral, I think I mentioned that.  In any case, what is the minimum time frame for testing?

I guess it can be, but I don't know what to even test for as hands do have STD's on them.

Tests are offered free.  Is peace of mind not a valid reason?

No if you corroborate their opinion then I'll settle for your word.  I just want to make sure that I'm not getting a false sense of security.  Our county offers free testing so I'll take advantage of that anyway.  What is the time that I should begin testing?

Ok, thanks.  I'm assuming that your opinion correlates with the doctors that share expertise on this site?
