Only mild sore throat since 10 days

I did oral sex(no vagina fluids were involved) with a sex worker , 4 days after the exposure I started suffering from sore throat and one week after the exposure I got tested and all the STD were negative. Its been 10 days I still have the sore throat its not severe at all and I don't have fever and no other symptoms. I have checked my throat in the mirror only my right lymph gland is swollen a little and I could see 3 small raised pimples like things in my throat which does not hurt and they were there since 10 days

I am scared a hell please help me what could these be?
This some thing which I have got it from the oral sex if it is not std what is it?

Most herpes sores in the throat are painful.

Hon, since you are so concerned, why not just get a throat culture for herpes, gonorrhea and syphilis.  

None of your symptoms fit, but I have a feeling that you won't really be at peace until you find out, and those are the only things you'd need to worry about, ok?

I forgot one thing these are painless blisters ,can herpes blisters be pain less in the throat with out fever?

AJ I have one question does Herpes blisters come in the throat? and just in th ethroat with out any high fever?

Herpangina is caused by the coxsackie virus, and isn't related to the herpes simplex virus in any way.  It is confusing with all the terms, though.

its been 24 days after my exposure I have been to DOC he said its is some upper resperatory infection.
I have few questions
How different are Herpes blisters from herpangia blisters.
I have these pain less blisters still since 3 weeks on the anterior pillar in the throat and some on the back of the throat. nothing in mouth and lips could herpes blisters come this way?

No.  And I would sincerely doubt that you got any std from 5 seconds of oral sex.

Only I performed oral on her she did not, no vaginal fluids were involved it was dry and for 5 sec of vagina licking thats it.

I got myself tested at a private STD testing center. I am seeing my Doc soon.
I am very much worried , hope this is not herpes, could herpes show only the sore throat symptom?

OK scratch that - I missed where you had said you were negative after testing.  

Has your doc done a throat culture to see what this is?  It might be allergies or strep throat, or who knows what.

And I really am confused - did you perform oral on her or did she perform oral on you?  If she did on you, but you didn't on her, than you have nothing to worry about.

How can you perform oral sex on a woman and have no vaginal fluids involved?

Most oral std infections are asymptomatic, so I wouldn't worry too much about this, but since you are so concerned, why not make an appt with your doc?  The only things you'd be at risk for are gonorrhea and syphilis.
