Oral Herpes

Ok. I went to a friends party Saturday night and we played a bunch of games of beer pong. There were a limited number of cups, so we reused the cups each time.  The nest morning, i woke up and i had a pimple on my lip and im not sure if its herpes or not. Is it possible to get herpes this way? if you want, i can post a picture. thanx.

The likelihood of you acquiring herpes from drinking out of shared cups is pretty slim. Unless one of your buddies had a cold sore and you were repeatedly sharing the same cup-- even so, the chances are very low. You also would not react the next day,  the incubation period is about 4 days to two weeks. You answered your own questions, it's a pimple!
