Oral Risk

Hi,

Engaged in unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal penetration about 3 weeks ago with an escort from the UK. The last week I have noticed some discomfort in my penis. Head of penis just feels itchy/slight burns and appeared to be red with foreskin slightly swollen. Slight discomfort in the urethra. However since the encounter, there has been no discharge or no pain when urinating.
Is it worth having a test to rule anything out? What were my chances of catching an Sti?
Thanks.
