Oral STD possibly?

Did something stupid. Performed basically anonymous oral sex on someone.
Days later I've got a sore throat and two small, flat, oval ulcers on the back of my throat.
Approximately 3/16-1/4" in size and grouped together. Lightly outlined in red as if irritated.
No noticeable discharge.
I have a mild sore throat and itching.
I took 1gram of azithromycin last night, 500mg more this morning & 500 mg again this evening.
I've also begun doxycycline at 100mg twice daily for 7 days.
If this is chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphillis, is this likely yo cure it?

Normally nothing, just basic viral infection (cold).

If not an STD,  and the throat is still irritated 3 days into antibiotics, what other things could it be that've relate to performing oral sex as the cause?
Thanks.

Unlikely to be a STD but gonorrhea and chlamydia should be taken care of by that. As for syphilis it is not the recommended treatment, but syphilis is even more unlikely.
