Oral Sex & Kissing concern

I recently had deep kissing  with a woman and her mouth on my penis briefly (about 15 secs).  No ejaculation.  No visible sores or lesions.  Within 48 hours I developed a sore throat and no other symptoms.  Lower body temp though... avg about 96.8.  The woman was likely high-risk for STD.  Is there a reasonable STD concern over the sore throat or need for a checkup?

Hi, with kissing would be herpes but if she did not have any lip sores the risk is close to zero and the brief oral would be the same.
