Oral Sex concern

I woke up 5 days ago with a sore throat I contracted from being sick... The next day I  performed unprotected oral sex on a sex worker. My sore throat has stayed the same as it was before I performed oral sex and now I'm concerned whether it's because I'm still sick or an STD.  How concerned should I be? I have no other symptoms other than sore throat and now it is 4 days since the incident and 5 days since my sore throat.

UPDATE

Went to the doctors and said I had a sinus infection and the sore throat was caused by post nasal drip. He prescribed me penicillin.

I noticed nothing out of the ordinary with the way her vagina, looked or smelled, and the oral sex only lasted 15-30 seconds.
