Oral Sex encounter

Hi Doctor,
I had an encounter around December 15th 2015. I am a man and received twice oral sex from a woman (two different occasions) in South Sudan. She is not a prostitute but status in unaware. I also did perform lip kissing.  I did not perform any other sexual activities.

Now I am worried that I got something from this encounter. Initially i have seen increasing sigma under foreskin and I have dried penis head for about 7 days, and I am applying petroleum gel. I also found high cholesterol last two weeks back and taking Atorvastatin 10mg. I am on regular BP medication and taking Enalapril Maleate 5mg and Amtadipine Besilate 5mg daily. I also have dried lips from few days and overall skin is drying in few more places, like hands and legs. I am wondering if this is due to my sexual activity or other medications.

Is this some kind of a warning for STDs? What is the level of risk in this encounter after 45 days?

Thanks a lot doc!

Hi, oral sex is very low risk activity and the increased risk if she gave you a "deep throat" oral as any Gono germs would be in the back of her throat. Symptoms of std,s from oral would be a white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating. None of your symptoms suggest any std.

Thanks, As this is a bacterial infection, do i need to go through an antibiotic course. Or this topical cream must have clear the bacteria? I am sorry for asking too many questions. I am thinking of getting a Azithromyzin 1g dose.

Hi,

I had a slimier incident reviving oral sex from a women, i am a man. I found more white stuff under foreskin and more reddish top after about 4 weeks later. Then i apply Foban cream for two days and no its normal, no reddish and not getting white stuff. Now I am wondering i have bacterial infection like Chalamidia?

I would not recommed any petroleum product to the genital areas. I would talk to your drug store pharmissit about some over the counter creams with aloe what would help but bottom line i would not keep touching that area either
