Oral Sex with HPV

My boyfriend recently informed me that he had genital warts about a year ago. He was treated and has not had an out break in a while. I have always tested negative for all STDs and have had very few partners. We have yet to have intercourse, but we have been fooling around a little.
My questions are:
1) What are the chances of me getting HPV from receiving Oral Sex from him? What about manual stimulation?
2) What are the chance of me getting HPV from giving him oral sex? I am not a fan of using a condom during oral sex, so I would prefer not to, but I would like to know the honest chances of getting it if I don't. What about if I give him a hand job?
3) I recently received my first HPV vaccine injection. Is the vaccine already in effect, or do I need to wait until I have my third and final injection before it is taking effect? We are not going to have intercourse any time soon, but I would like to know if I should plan to wait a little longer until after I have my third shot.
