Oral Syphilis

I had oral with a transsexual pornstar CSW almost 40+ days ago. s/he said that s/he did not have hiv infection  I only mention that she is pornstar becasue i figure they do testing when the do shoots? I have never done anything like this before so i know this is highest risk i have ever taken sexually. I gave the oral. I then got sick that weekend and started panicking.  Everything got better after the week .  I then got tested that next week about 5 days after both AB and RNA PCR as well as all stds that they screen for.  all were negative.  I then got sick three weeks later that had symptoms that included very productive cough with a slightly swollenSwollen glands gland under the right side of my neck I have Stress and anxiety was through the roof.  I then got tested again for HIV SYPHILIS and all other common STDs everything was negitive  29 days after the possible exposure.

If there were any sypmtoms even i couldnt notice them would i be positive at 29days for syphilis?

Also do i need to get tested again becasue i read that being tested for syphilis should be between 4-6 weeks?  And i tested at the begining of the bounds (4weeks)?

I have seen on other forums like Freedom Health that it is 4 weeks.  Since i know the exact day of possible exposure can that lead to a more accurate result at 4 weeks?

Should i get retested this week which would be exactly two months from the possible exposure?

You described the same sexual encounter in your recent thread on the HIV forum.  The risk your partner had infectious syphilis was low; if infected, the risk you caught it was fstatistically low, but not zero; most new syphilis infections would cause an obvious oral sore; and probably 80-90% of new infections would have a positive blood test at 4 weeks.  Now think about it:  What do you think the odds are that all 4 of those factors -- syphilis in your partner, transmission if infected, obvious syphilis sore, blood test result -- would break the wrong way?  Almost zero.  In other words, the chance you have syphilis is microscopic.  But it's fine with me if you have another blood test 2 months after the exposure.  You can expect it to be negative.
