Oral and anal sex risks

I am straight and this is the first homosexual contact i have ever had. three days ago i had unprotected oral sex with a pre op transsexual Brazilian prostitute, both giving and receiving neither of us came, this lasted for 20 mins on and off. I also received protected anal sex for about a minute again the person did not ejaculate and i stopped it. The person was wearing a condom at the time and it did not split. i went to the std clinic the next day very worried about the risk of passing on an std to my partner a female, the dr said that it was too early for anything to show up on the tests but the risk was very slight. is it safe for me to have unprotected sex with my partner i show no signs of any std's at this stage. What are the % chances of contracting anything from a)the unprotected oral sex and b) receiving protected anal sex for a minute with no ejaculation? Thanks in advance!

You had safe sex and no STD or HIV can be transmitted through an intact condom.  I agree with the advice you were given by the STD clinic.

To answer your specific questions, there is essentially no risk from condom-protected anal sex.  Oral sex is inherently low risk for all STD; for more information, search the threads and archives for "fellatio", "oral sex", and "HIV transmission".

Good luck--  HHH, MD

Dude... You're STD fears are a manifestation of your guilt. Take a 6 week rapid test and rely on the results. You'd be suprised how many people have had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE as you.
