Oral mystery?

So during my winter break I encountered a female and after smoking with her and a friend she decided to spend the night at my place. And after my friend left it started to get a little heated and I preformed oral on her. And after maybe 2 weeks I got 2 raised white pain less dots on the inside of my lower lip. They would stay for a couple of days and I would get 1 day with out them but then the next morning I would wake up and have them in almost the same spot this continued for a couple of weeks. And now I don't get them anymore but now I've started to see spots the look like dried blood on the inside of my lips and also now every time I look on the inside of my lips I have what seems to be white veins on my lower lip. So the question I have is I've done a lot of research on the internet and I cannot find anything that matches any of the symptoms I've got so I'm completely stumped and one more thing one might I woke up in the middle of the night and I had a slight sore throat and then it was gone in the morning maybe that relates to whatever I have? Help please!

Thanks you for your comment I'm planning to get tested but I'm not sure how much that would cost any clue?

Hi herpes sores are on the outside not on the inside and are not white. Since your sexualy maybe get tested for herpes for the protection of future partners but from what your describing really dont appear related.
