1 - Yes, most can. Syphilis might take a month, HIV can take 3 months, and herpes can take up to 4, but this doesn't sound like any of them. I would still ask for testing for those, just so you know your status.
2 - Most people with oral gonorrhea don't have symptoms, but some can.
3 - You could have oral thrush now, and thrush can be both an std and it can also not be. I wouldn't worry about labeling it, and would worry about finding out what you have.
