Oral transmission

I currently have a cold and as a result i got a cold sore since my immune system is weaker now (I've only ever had one cold sore on my lip before).
My question is, if i kiss someone and then he gives me oral sex, is there a possibility that i will contract genital herpes 1 --by giving it to him through the mouth first since i have an open sore and then him directly giving me oral sex?
Another question: if a guy has (inactive oral) and genital herpes to begin with and he gives me oral sex, am i more likely to contract genital herpes because im sick right now?

Its not likely that you would get genital hsv1 as you already have hsv1 antibodies.
In theory, yes, you might be more likely to get genital herpes when you are sick with something else. I don't know an actual percentage, but its a possibility.
I do hope that you avoid close contact since you are sick, though.
