You shouldn't be kissing anyone with a cold sore, or a cold, for that matter. No need to spread all the germs.
Its not likely that you would get genital hsv1 as you already have hsv1 antibodies.
In theory, yes, you might be more likely to get genital herpes when you are sick with something else. I don't know an actual percentage, but its a possibility.
I do hope that you avoid close contact since you are sick, though.
