Orange spots near gentials and thigh

Ok, I am a very scared, These spots came out of no were. I had unprotected genital contact with a women but even before the sex I had the spots. I mastubate alot and I use to never clean the seamen of my genital area. Now that I see the orange spots on my skin I am very careful. But nothing is changeing the colour of the spots, Orangy Red, seem to be getting stronger and the spots are spreading little by little in an unattractive way. My Question is do I have Herpes? What can be done to get rid of these orange spots on my right side of my genital area.
