PLZ HELP, HERPES QUESTION??!!!!

i recently got wart looking bumps on my vagina and labia. i went to the dr and she said it looks like herpes but wasn't too sure about it. it didn't look like it was hpv because the bumps were going away. i had tests done and won't know if it is herpes untill the 23rd. however i have no herpes like symptoms at all! is it possible it is something else? if so what can it be?? i have been with my boyfriend for 3 months and we have never used a condom, i did have unprotected sex with someone else 6 months ago. could it be possible that if it is herpes, i got it then?? my boyfriend got tested last summer and he said no stds were found, and he hasn't had sex with anyone since 7 months before he got tested. i looked up pictures of herpes and hpv and the ones i got resemble both. now that the bumps are going away they are not "crusting" like how i have read in many articles, they are simply getting smaller 'till they dissapear. i also had white little bumps in my inner gum, under my tounge. they went away the next day after rinsing with listerine. please help me! i'm so worried!
