Pain at urethra after urinating

Had protected vaginal sex with a Chinese CSW in Malaysia on the 13th of October. There was no kissing or digital play. She did lick my testicles, shaft and begin to put her mouth on my penis before I told her to put a condom on me.  She changed condoms after oral sex and before Vaginal sex. She held the base of my penis above the condom for sex in missionary. I assume that was done to prevent me from going beyond the condoms protection. I ejaculated inside her and she took off the condom with a paper towel careful not too touch me.

Noticed pain at the tip of my penis after urination on day 13. Sometimes it causes pain when urinating if I haven't hydrated enough and at night. There is no discharge or smelly urine as I can tell. I have a weak stream and a lot of dribble afterwards with frequent trips to the bathroom.

I am ultra concerned about this since I had condom protected vaginal intercourse and oral sex. She did momentarily put her mouth on my penis before I asked her to use a rubber for oral sex. I fear that if I have an STD perhaps the condom was ineffective for vaginal intercourse.

I noticed this morning that my urine smells like really heavy bodily odor.  Still no discharge or cloudy urine.

I made an appointment to test for STDs. Having a hard time getting an appointment to a urologist. UHC always makes you go through your GP.

Because you had protected sex and the oral was so brief that it is not a risk.
Could be anxiety...see a Dr

Why is it not an STD risk? What else can it be?
