Pain in Penis

I had unprotected sex with an unknown female.  After 2 months I had pain in my penis.  I have taking treatment with antibiotic tablets and injection for 2 weeks.  Sometime I have pain when urine pass. My urine is normal colored.

i took a VDRL screening (latex) test and got the result as Positive 1:4 after take 4 days treatment and took a VDRL(RPR) test another Labortary and got the result as NON-REACTIVE.
i took a HIV test also and got the result as Negative.

Do i need to take any other test?

When the Pain in penis will relieve? I am taking treatment more than 10 days

No clue what you are being treated for.
I already said to test for those.

I have taking Antibiotic Tablets and injections for past 10 days. Should I take the test for gonorrhea and chlymida?
Or
I continue the treatment only..

It would be wise to test for gonorrhea and chlymida.
Pain in penis is not STD related.
