Pain in penis and testes, lower abs also

I have had pain in my penis tip and when urinating , for the last week or so. 18 days ago I had unprotected oral with a sex worker and inserted my fingers into her vagina. I orgasmed into her mouth (if that makes any difference).
The experience was terrible for me, my partner has been away for weeks and I broke down. To be honest I am  guilt stricken like I have never felt before and will never do anything unsafe ever again- ever, this is just not worth the worry.
I did have unprotected sex with my partner 5 days ago, and was going in for a test the following day (I tried to avoid having sex but it didn't work and I didn't want to seem guilty)
My test results have came back, I had a blood and urine test for the usualls- Herps, Gon, Clym, Syph, Hiv, Hep,
They have all came back negative- which is reassuring but ... I have been in pain.
After my experience with the sex worker I doused my penis with hand sanitizer and anti-bact soap, which hurt like hell and was not a good idea I'm sure but I was freaking out, so have been soar anyway.
After reading a lot of fourms here, is was starting to sound like I had some sort of UTI- I went ahead and starting drinking a lot of water and pure cranberry juice (I qt a day)-

Do I need to get re tested, how does one know the margin of error, I wan't to keep this indiscretion to myself.
What about non-gono uti ?  What does testing entail for this? Also worried about prostate infection. I don't have any fever and the penis pain was much less last night.

I was about to take some 6 year old antibiotics  (amoxicallin) two nights ago because of the burning in my penis but thought better to wait out the test.

Many many, thanks for anyone who reads though all this and gives advice- I know I am freaking out a little.

Grace, I went to local clinic, and they are gave me tests for Gono, Clymida, and UTI, still waiting for the first two, but they said the UTI was clear, no kidney stones ect, I have been having a lot of discomfort so they treated me with Aztothrimithicyn, and another that started witht  C (not cipro), two tabs of  one are 4 of the other (Gono, and Cly treatment) - it seems like some of my symptoms are getting better not more lower abs and much less pain in testicales, ant it doesn't hurt to pee anymore. One thing I seemed to have discovered is that my semen is kind of yello and "oiley"- never ever seen it like that, and I sill have some pain/ extra sensitivity at the tip/opening of my penis.

It was been around 72 hrs since I took the meds- so I my questions now are
1) Would that treatment be effective for NGU and/or UTI
2) If so how long would it take to expect all the symptoms to go away?

it's not that it's not a good service, I've very supportive of the online testing services myself in general but you have to know how to use them properly. Using them for screening prior to a new partner is awesome and usually better testing then you get from your doctor ( more complete testing that is since most providers don't order the full panel for you, just 2 or 3 std's ). Using them when you are having symptoms like this doesn't really do you the most good since you benefit from talking to your provider for proper screening as to what this might be as well as a full exam.   Not everything is a std and a std panel doesn't cover all the bases as to infections you can get either.

leu is white blood cells in the urine which generally indicates infection if they are above a certain amount.

Nothing replaces a proper exam and you and your provider deciding together if you just need std screening or more.

Thanks again Grace I will look into that. I did use what seemed to be a good service called STD test epress. I went to a lab and they took my blood and pee. Seems like a clinic would do the same thing. I did get a home AZO test strip for UTI and it came out with just trace amounts of LEU- do you know what that indicates >
might sleep better tonight if I knew.

it could be any number of things going on. you need proper testing done and a proper exam, an online testing service wasn't the best choice for this .

call your local health department and ask what your local options are for low cost/no cost care.

Wow, thanks for the quick and thoughtful response-
For sure am feeling very bad and guilty, when I was younger there was no way I would have  felt this way I guess I am maturing.
I kind of knew that the cleanup wouldn't help but I did put my fingers inside, and might have touched my self in the process, I have never felt my penis burn like this and that is causing me lot of worry. Not having medical insurance really sucks, I just cant afford much right now,
Grace,  is it normal to test for UTI's along with STD's ?
I didn't go to my doctor just used a online service. I'm a fairly healty guy and don't get sick very often (almost never).

hand sanitizer isn't for the genital area. It's very drying and very irritating. Also as a fyi - washing up after sex doesn't reduce your risk of std's - it only makes you smell better and be less sticky.

flushing out your urinary system is a good idea in general but don't over do it. a quart a day of cranberry juice isn't necessary.

this was low risk in general but not no risk. If you had urine testing done, odds are that they tested you for uti's already. No need for antibiotics, amoxicillin in general isn't going to cover a lot, can cause false negatives on any future testing as well as promote the overgrowth of yeast which can cause even more issues.

You sure the guilt of the encounter isn't the biggest issue here?

okay dokay lets start here, your risk was unprotected oral and finguring... this is a low risk exposure to begin with...
You were at risk for a few things, HSV, Gono, Syphilis and NGU.

You've tested neg. for gono and of course Chlamydia (chlamdia is not a risk here)
the testing for syphilis and hsv would have been too soon, HSV is 4 months post exposure and syphilis 6-8 weeks.

Honestly it sounds like you may have contracted a quilty mind, Symptoms can most certainly be caused by stress and over thinking. How ever you did say " I have been in pain" which sounds like real pain not mind pain... Its not gono or chlamydia it could very well be if anything at all a uti from sticking your penis in hand sanitizer and anti-bact soap you could have very well caused a reaction of some kind. You will want to see your doctor about testing for a uti.

again your risk was low and you have reliable gono and chlamydia test
