Pain in testicles (Grace or anyone else)

As you may know from my earlier postings, I was diagnosed having gonorrhea one month ago. Doc gave me 250mg IV shot of ceftriaxone and 1000mg of zithromax and told me to refrain from sex for 7 days. I refrained for 12 days just to be certain. The symptoms went away after a while. About 6 days ago, I started getting pain in my testicles. My doc reassured me that I didn't need to get retested, since ceftriaxone is the best drug to use against gonorrhea, and CDC recommends zithromax against chlamydia. Is it possible that I may still have gonorrhea and it is causing pain in my testicles? Or could it be something completely independent? I'm going to have a full std panel test on thursday.

I have had experience beyond the lies that the doctor tells you in his office so that he can see the next patient. The infection is an open scar inside of your shaft or testies. Not including myself I have had over 10 friends tell me the same thing once they ejaculated whether it was protected or not, mastubation or oral thats when they started getting symtoms again.

your not supposed to have sex of ant kind or rough contact of any kind fo 2 weeks. that gives the infection time enough to heal. Some docs dot even know that.

Masturbating won't effect how antibiotics work to clear an infection.

Following up on this is the best plan.

I also have a folllow up question. When I received my initial treatment for gonorrhea, i did continue to masturbate, b/c I assumed doc said no sex as in to not infect anyone. Would masturbation during treatment have an effect on the treatment itself?
